Ethan A. Flint is the founding partner of Flint Cooper. He began the firm with just three employees in Paducah, KY, representing victims with mesothelioma from asbestos exposure. The firm also handles personal injury cases and represents clients harmed by medical devices and drugs.
The firm now has offices in Virginia, Alabama, Arizona, Texas, California, Oklahoma, New York, Maryland, Illinois, and several other states. Together these offices have helped thousands of asbestos victims.
Experience
Flint graduated from Saint Louis University with a degree in biology and cum laude honors. He then earned his law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law. He returned to his home state of Kentucky to open Flint Cooper with its first office in Paducah.
Growing up in Kevil, Kentucky Flint knew he would return home to help victims of corporate misconduct. He focuses on mesothelioma cases, personal injury, faulty medical devices, and defective pharmaceuticals.
He litigates in court for asbestos victims with mesothelioma and other illnesses and helps them recover damages in settlements.
With admissions in Kentucky, Illinois, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Illinois, Flint can help advocate for victims at every level. He and his firm focus on quickly getting settlement money to clients.
Outside of his dedication to victim advocacy, Flint enjoys being with his family and working for animal conservation. He is also a Deputy Sheriff in Ballard County, Kentucky.
