The firm now has offices in Virginia, Alabama, Arizona, Texas, California, Oklahoma, New York, Maryland, Illinois and several other states. Together these offices have helped thousands of asbestos victims.
Flint graduated from Saint Louis University with a degree in biology and cum laude honors. He then earned his law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law. He returned to his home state of Kentucky to open Flint Law Firm, LLC with its first office in Paducah.
Growing up in Kevil, Kentucky, Flint knew he would return home to help victims of corporate misconduct. He focuses on cases involving mesothelioma, personal injury, faulty medical devices, and defective pharmaceuticals. For asbestos victims with mesothelioma and other illnesses he litigates in court and helps them recover damages in settlements.
With admissions in Kentucky, Illinois, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Illinois, Flint is able to help advocate for victims at every level. He and his firm place special focus on getting settlement money to clients quickly.
Outside of his dedication to victim advocacy, Flint enjoys being with his family and working for animal conservation. He is also a Deputy Sheriff in Ballard County, Kentucky.
